How to Live Positive Life In This Negative World

PositiveThinking may refer to,optimism a mental attitude or worldview that interprets situations and events.

 

 Positive thinking is more than just a tagline. It changes the way we behave. And I firmly believe that when we are positive, it not only makes us better, but it also makes those around us better.


We should always keep in mind that No matter what we're going through, there's a light at the end of the tunnel and it may seem hard to get to it but we can do it and just keep working towards it and we'll find the positive side of things.


Failure is many things to many people.But With Positive Mental Attitude, failure is a learning experience, a rung on the ladder, a plateau at which to get your thoughts in order and prepare to try again.

 Would`t life be great if we eliminate all the negative thoughts from our mind and change our thoughts to being positive??
If we do then we will all live a life with harmony isn`t it??
If we clutter away all negative thoughts our lives will be harmonious:)

1:SMILE!SMILE!SMILE:-


This is one of the most powerful tool to be positive in life, it makes us feel energetic by eliminating all the negatives thoughts, it was once said by mother teresa that you cannot measure what a smile can do?
Smile reduces stress, it boosts up the mood, kill pain , remove anger and many more. so keep this in your mind that you atleast smile 5-6 times in a day to keep you afresh and positive.





2:SPEAK WELL:
This is also a best tool that you can apply talk well and speak positively to others, or dont talk at all. try and remove destructive language,negative talks, swearing or complaining and curb your anger and frustration.

3:STOP UNRELEVANT TALKS:
You should try concentrating speaking positively to others, lets others do what they want, dont unnecessarily alter their lives. and try not to talk about them and waste your precious time.If you have time try concentrating to yourself as to how can you improve your mental strengths, give time to your inner self.

4:TRY AVOIDING NEGATIVE CONVERSATIONS:
If you find something negative around you, try and avoid the talk because it will create a great impact in your mind, and making you weak in terms of mental strengths. negative thinking and thoughts impact our minds very quickly and badly, and we inculcate them faster than positives.

5: CHOOSE POSITIVE PEOPLE:
Try and meet people who enjoys life and has a better understanding of it, and it will create a positive energy within you, because positive thoughts are somethings that you have to practice daily and it require lots and lots of patience to achieve success over thinking and incorporate positive techniques in life.

6:TRY YOGA:
Yoga is a great way to work on for reducing stress, getting relaxation and knowing about yourself.It allows greater mind control, increases self awareness,elevates mood and feeling of contentment.
it increases mental awareness and will power thus giving a push towards positive lifestyle.

7:SPIRITUALITY:
This is also one of the important factor, get a sense of connection to someone greater than ourselves.Try and connect yourself to nature , the universe , the god or gods, it will give you a positive inner strength to cope up with all the difficulties you face in your lives.

8:HEALTHY FOOD:
It is said that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body and we all know body is healthy when we eat right foods in right quantities, try and drink water (atleast 6-8 glass) to remove toxins and eat fruits we can generate positive energy by eating fruits and vegetables that are fresh.
